📬 Changes

added the ability to disable logging to stdout as an explicit switch
added the ability append extra log stream targets / extra loggers
added the ability to track elapsed time since start of start of als store
removed http logs (call fetch yourself with an extra target)
minor code re-ordering for optimizations
