history/people/justin-trudeau.md is less comprehensive than another page about him and should be closed or improved

@titaniumbones First-timers tag! But have a load of Canadian friends, and have considered spending time there, so have a feeling I was subconsciously drawn in!

I love that first-times tag!! I am happy to merge any work you do -- will be a day or so as I am starting an 18 hour work day about now.
