Error import TensorFlow 1.5.0 (import tensorflow as tf)

I managed to install TensorFlow 1.5.0 but when importing (import tensorflow as tf) the error ModuleNotFoundError: No module name 'tensorflow' what can be use windows 7 64 am doing this because my video card and processor are old sem suporte avx.

I followed the steps of this youtube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uIm3DMprk7M

I imagine that this would solve the error in the face extraction of DeepfaceLab?
Error do DeepFaceLab : Failed to load the native TensorFlow rutime.
