Dear fpocket users and developers,

It seems that some cif files throw an error as follows

pdbxplugin) ERROR: could not reallocate bonds array.

An example of such structures is 1AU3.
1AU3.cif throws the above error while 1AU3.pdb works perfectly.
I would be really grateful for any suggestions.
