[TelegramStickers] links get removed from text entry

The Problem

after clicking on a (telegram) sticker, and the link is put into the text entry; upon pressing enter or clicking into it, the link is removed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select sticker to send
2. Attempt to send sticker in any chat.
