Python notebook to validate references before commits

I have seen multiple contributors are using @ references and inheritance to refactor but sometimes make mistakes. I add this script that i created that helps me to ensure all the references are in order. (I compressed in a zip file because git hub does not allow me to upload .ipynb files)
