STICKY: Create pull requests for all issue fixes/improvements!

I've started a bad habit of committing to master constantly and quickly to update code but it is getting harder to track where certain fixes are applied to anyone but myself, and even then I cannot just take a glance and see when I attempted to address something. It's a bad habit I need to break despite the level of additional buttons I'll need to press. I'm sure I could use the search feature to find where I stuck a note to a code commit, but still... I'm missing some code commits as well because a few extras get stuck in there too.
