用spiderkeeper的时候如果需要加proxychains4应该加在哪呀 #116

任务是爬取暗网网站的信息...所以在命令行scrapy前面会加proxychains4但是用spiderkeeper中的spider不知道应该在哪加，就导致网址无法访问
