I exported new bumper.fbx from @kednar 's table fbx file, and then imported it into unity. Set the correct asset labels for the variant-kednar folder(I had to add a new one), but for some reason I don't understand the bumpers won't show up and, if you check them they say the mesh is missing.

The only potential mismatch I can see, are the materials. I can't for sure say if that's what's causing issues though, but variants are very picky about everything being named and linked correctly. I would probably look into using prefabs, instead of meshes.
I tried taking the bumper from one of the other variants and putting it in the kednar variant folder, and it still had the same issue where it said the mesh was missing. This makes me think that I must have failed in the creation of the new variant, somehow.
