feature: clear mdib content when consumer detects disconnected state

Feature idea

when the coonnection between provider and consumer is lost, the data in the mdib no longer is a valid mirror of the providers mdib. In order to avoid false positive tests in that situation, it is better to delete all content.
A measure should be provided to enable /disable this feature.
