Is there any planned milestone for this. Something more specific than future :) . And plans if any features will be restricted by licence fee?

CIBA is included already in the enterprise edition (and deployed to various customers).

What specifically are you looking for?

It will be an easier justification for a bank with .net environment to buy an enterprise version if identityserver is certified https://openid.net/certification/#FAPI_OPs

We will postpone this for FAPI2
