[Story] Implement Default Lists

As a regular user, I need 5 default lists so that I can sort my books in a sensible way with little to no effort.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Given first startup, when a new account is created, then an in progress list is created in the account
• Given first startup, when a new account is created, then a planned list created in the account
• Given first startup, when a new account is created, then an aside list created in the account
• Given first startup, when a new account is created, then a completed list created in the account
• Given first startup, when a new account is created, then a dropped list created account
• Given a list exists, when a user visits the /library route, List components exist

Requires Task #2 to be completed first.
