This is because of EBISPOT/zooma#85: ZOOMA only returns "Good" confidence for ontology matches, even when there is an exact string match.

I have changed OntoString to accept "Good" confidence matches automatically when there is an exact string match, but maybe ZOOMA should be returning "High" confidnece for these.
