The device configuration is currently fixed.
This means that some apps can't be downloaded (e.g. some OEM apps, which are only available to whitelisted devices. or Wear OS variant apps, where the built-in
tw_eis so far outdated that most apps no longer support 8.0).So would it be possible to allow users to customize the device configuration in
