I reverse the actual power supply, the schematic in the wiki had some discrepency . I would to give my update to people

Q1 and Q2 stand for a single darlington.
this schematic had been used to simulate it's behaviour.
with the above component it works @
alimentation hoverboard.zip

attached the .asc ltspice format
