New workflow for the update of VMIs #100

Hi,

@enolfc proposed this new workflow to update VMIs with releases on this repo:

  1. create a draft release with new version
  2. trigger the build of all VMIs
  3. upload all VMIs after successful testing
  4. create final release
  5. while we have AppDB: create yaml files for AppDB
