Introduce schema validation #17

This repo introduces/uses a couple of JSON based documents under algorithm_catalog, backend_catalog, benchmark_scenarios, openeo_udp.

It would help with long term maintenance to have a bit of schema validation tooling around that, e.g. based on JSON Schema
