The documentation should describe the algorithm's life going from the development of an openEO PG to making it available as an openEO UDP and the ESA Network of Resources. The flows from https://github.com/ESA-APEx/apex_design/blob/main/propagation_flowcharts.qmd can serve as input for this ticket.
