@GarinSmith - What would be the acceptance criteria for this ticket? What is expected with "accessing" a workflow/experiment?

I think we should look at access Experiment and access Product first as these seem more in alignment with the core EarthCODE functionality. After we have reviewed these, we can consider acccess Workflow which is more generic in nature.
