5.15 E-SOH is going to send ‘new’ data to international exchange and this should be only done in WIS2.0. See the WMO transition principle 4: https://community.wmo.int/en/GTS_WIS2_Transition_Guidance. The national data transition as ftp data exchange from traditional messengers (MSS) on GTS can continue in parallel before the decommission of GTS

This is a comment that E-SOH should not build any capabilities for sending data to GTS in parallel with WIS2.0. The text behind the link defines the WMO transition principles and new (high-frequent) data should not be sent to GTS
