Allowing for shipping costs in calculating build/buy values #126

I'd like to be able to account for the shipping costs when eve iph determines build/buy outcomes as well as final costs.

Not sure about others but our shipping is isk per m3 and an allowance for collateral as well (%).

This will be pretty far down the list for me to get to. You can use extra costs in calculations if you want for this purpose.

Don't suppose this is any closer?

Additional costs is nice, but the shipping costs can totally change the build/buy equation so you're getting an unoptimised result.
