I'm a bit curious about the sequence diagram in RFC001. Can you explain why the roles are called 'Individual using EUDI Wallet' and 'Organisational Wallet (Issuer)' instead of just 'EUDI Wallet' and 'Issuer'?"

Its largely historical - to differentiate between natural persons and legal persons. This distinction has developed over time. The EWC consortium works with both natural person and legal person wallets. The latter, in accordance with requirements from entities such as Bolagsverket, allows an organisation to hold all three SSI (Self-Sovereign Identity) roles.
