Matching into Mercy Win

Issue Summary

After a game ends in a Mercy Win some players (I have no data on this sorry but myself and at least several others) can still get matched into the game (I'm not saying there is still time left, I mean genuinely getting matched in and the game has been mercy-won for a bit, even going all the way to the awards screen).

How to Replicate (If Applicable)

I have no idea other than matchmaking and just waiting to get matched into this kind of game? It is relatively rare all things considered, but I usually experience this a few times a week (but rarely more than once in a day).
