Hey! I got wifi connected. This is using ssh over ethernet.

I can then ssh into via wlan0 using the nic's IP.

I then disconnect eth0 (unplug), and the wifi ssh portal disconnects. I'm just looking to ssh over wifi.

Since you want to test ssh over wifi, can you disconnect eth and ssh using the hostname and then run ifconfig? I wonder if your ip settings are changing when you disconnect eth0.

Oh, I see what you mean. Physically disconnect eth0 and ssh using the hostname.Yes this works.

I still don't understand why the ssh session disconnects when removing eth0 (when using wlan0's ip address)

But yeah, this is solved. Thanks for your help!
