Attempting to use wrong path for 7-zip

TNUC seems to try to use 7-zip from a default path, I installed 7-zip from scoop, and TNUC won't run because of that.

Hi this seems strange, it appears like a registry entry for 7-Zip exists already, like it is installed on your computer. I will have to do more digging.
