Pls check cc1007f which contains StoreAsIPFS in file.go

Fix and test

IPFS instance is working from context
Change string key to type
Add mock test
See if manual test, adding to IPFS, works
Default storage network type must be 'xdv'
Nice to have, must create ipfs folder in /home/user/xdvnode/services/ipfs
