Simple capture the flag game!

##Instructions: Running Main.java will open a GUI with the numbers 1 through 10 scattered randomly around the window. These are the "flags."

To play, click each "flag" in sequential order, starting with 1.

Adjust the slider start a new game with a different number of flags.

Click "New Game" to start a new game with the same number of flags but a different layout.

Click "Restart" to begin the game again with the same layout.

Note: The SimpleGUI library is used in this program. SimpleGUI was created by Professor Rolf Lakaemper.
