Game Freezes Every Character Show Uknown

Whenever I log into my main (hunter) the game freezes and I can't move. Every player shows up as unknown.

When I log into my level 1 alt everything seems to work fine.

This exact issue also occurs with PFUI

if it's not an ElvUI-exclusive issue it's probably an issue with the server you're playing on

ya quite possibly, but odd thats its only 1 character its happening on.
