Rescue JSON load errors

Currently if a language file is malformated an exception is raised when loading it. If this is done when loading the extension, e.g. because a lang_menu is created, the extension fails to load. Instead an error message should show up, saying the file is invalid, why and clearly show the path to the file. The extension should then resume loading.
