Is there an easy fix for not being certified by Google play store

I am also looking for a solution for non certified device by google who can help me? Since I flashed the rom I'm always told non-certified phone by play protect, who has a solution? , please help me

On the not certified page at the bottom there is a link for a page and you sign into your Google account but you need to download the device_id.apk and get the Google service frameworks gsf code for your phone and register it
