IE Tech Boiler is too inefficient

Greatly increase efficiency and speed of the IE Tech boiler.
Increase production of the IE Tech Alternator as well?

Why would you like this added/changed?

Steam Turbine eats 4 buckets of steam every tick.
IE Tech Boilers can only produce 50mB per tick, which is incredibly inefficient given the sheer size of it. The recommended way seems to be Thermal compression dynamos converted into boilers (#2114 (comment)); I get that this is Expert pack and all but investing that much resource on a boiler (from the same mod!) to get this abysmal value is... why bother having the structure?

Is there a rough outline for what is planned and if there is, may I know?
