Reason why, from the changelog:
We have moved from using LDLib's IFluidTransfer and IItemTransfer to Forge's native IFluidHandler and IItemHandler. This includes the FluidStack class.
If you made use of these at all, you may have to make the according changes. See the PRs GregTechCEu/GregTech-Modern#1975 and GregTechCEu/GregTech-Modern#2246.
