Based on the current Monitor API and any new needs arising from #403 Wireframe, integrate Monitor into the API.

This will enable:

  • Adding pages through the Monitor add/ endpoint and storing the returned MonitorId
  • Enabling an endpoint for Monitor to POST page check data to
  • Any additional endpoints or local storage necessitated by [Monitor] Wireframe Frontend Integration #403
