Does not seem too trivial:

  • map._to_png() from folium does not seem to work properly
    • it requires a webbrowser installed (so Dockerfile needs to be updated)
    • does not work in a container since the browser needs to be opened automatically which does not work for the container (probably the issue)
  • tried other packages as well but is not straight forward
