Following up #1773 sequencer will need to execute transactions and bundle fees. Most of this work is completed in #1696.

requirements

This list is possibly incomplete

  • ChainConfig v3
  • transaction gas configuration
  • transaction validation and execution (signed and sufficient funds)
  • fee validation and execution (signed and sufficient funds)
