As a consequence of not being able to go back to the asset list in the interface, the most common solution used by the volunteers was to go back to the login email, and click on a link again, opening multiple copies of the app. This got confusing as well. If the login link were replaced with a PIN or equivalent, that would help some. Additionally, action links might work better if they led to a “Thank You, close this window” page instead of fully loading the app each time.
