Ability to export data to csv

One of our customers asked about the ability to export the data they created in the Map tour, to save it for future use, or in case the data is lost.
So the ability to export to CSV would be nice.
They have used the option to add images by supplying a URL to the image and thumbnail, and therefore, no feature layer is created in "My content" on ArcGIS Online (at least not what we can see).

Interesting, thanks for sharing. In the meantime, you have an alternative that is to save the layer as a new item through the Map Viewer.
This will create a copy of the layer. Changes you will make to your tour after will not apply to that layer (and vice versa). In the case your original Map Tour layer is corrupted, you will be able to add that saved copy to the original webmap.
