Clean install of the example app on iOS 13 fails to update position

The app throws following error

Error Domain=com.estimote Code=1 “Can’t determine position outside the location.” UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Can’t determine position outside the location.}

I gave up on the solution after about a month of trying. Sorry :(
