Iphone 7 suddenly stopped recieving estimote events(onEnter/onExit) after ios 13.1.3 upgrade

Hi ,
i understand there has been some changes in IOS 13.1.3 but did anyone face the following issue? my android phones are receiving estimote beacon events perfectly fine but my ios device with version 13.1.3 stopped receiving events.
my react native version - "react-native": "^0.58.5" and "@estimote/react-native-proximity": "^0.5.0".
do i have to change anything specific to ios 13.1.3 version or the current code and setup will continue to work as is?
your help would be highly appreciated.

I'm facing the same issue,
Works on iPhone XS but not working on iPhone 7.

using react-native 0.61.5
