Hello,
I tried this app on our PSB. Curiously, every time I edit items in this app, the first item in the list is deleted. What is the reason? Please see the captured video below.

Apologies for not looking at it sooner. Does this still happen?
If it does can you give us some more information about the items you tried it with?
