When you apply a .row class to the .form-group containers in the schedular, the one with . timezone-container is (for some reason) getting its own special rule to have margin-left: 0px instead of the 10px the other rows get.
This is causing visual alignment problems.

Compounding the problem is the fact that MCTheme example pages did not receive recent markup changes that went into Fuel UX. When those changes are applied, it looks like this:
