USE CASE #3 - ADM REJECTS
Given: ADM has received opportunity submission email
When: ADM clicks on "Disagree"
Then the opportunity transitions from the "Pending" state to the "Draft" state
And: the Program Manager is notified by email

  • "REJECTED"
  • Unique ID
  • Associated RFP control
  • Posting date
  • Value of opportunity
  • Required Skills
  • Closing date
