The application should have links to the Web site and the issue tracker, possibly in the Window menu and the About window.

The HUG page (https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/UserExperience/Conceptual/OSXHIGuidelines/MenuBarMenus.html) says that this isn't appropriate for the Window or Help menus. These links should go in the app's "Help book" (which we presently don't provide) or, perhaps, the About window (which we presently don't custom-manufacture).
