Merge the metric tensor recon code

There is a notebook somewhere for fitting metric tensors for undeformed grains based on the ideas and code in Axel's flydxm repo. It could be merged, or someone could try to figure out how to call the flydxm code from our output more easily. And/or extend that notebook to fit ub to g-vectors.
