Either by hyper focusing for hours, or by mix of collaboration and lone work

My input in a tam is often exploring alternative ideas and challenging conventional approaches. I occasionally take leadership when I feel particularly strong in the task at hand.

I value clear communication, honesty, empathy and openness

What people misunderstand about me:

When I choose not to talk it's not because I'm bored or ignoring people, I probably have thousand ideas going through my head that I'm really intensely thinking about.

Honest and brutally honest if needed

I feel quite good at understanding how the machine "thinks" and translating that into code, but I often struggle with correct syntax
