How I get my best work done:

• Quiet Work Environment: I find that I work most effectively in a quiet and focused work environment.
• Planning and Buffer Time: Planning is a cornerstone of my work approach. It helps me stay organized and on track with deadlines. I tend to add a buffer day/time in my plan for solving unforeseen issues or making small fixes.
• Balancing Group and Solo Work: I like to work work within a group as it often brings fresh perspectives, ideas and fun. However, I also recognize the importance of dedicating time to work alone to to digest information and plan my steps.

The role I usually take in a team:

I am a supportive person who is happy to help. Colleagues can rely on me for assistance, and I consistently meet my commitments. When I face a task that I can't solve alone I reach out for team's help.

My communication style:

• I find face-to-face meetings most effective for communication, although I'm comfortable with online alternatives as well.
• I am a visual learner, which means I understand information better when it's presented visually.
• I prefer to make the notes for important details or references. I don't rely on me memory. 😸

What I value:

• Environment that encourages creativity and allows for the freedom to make mistakes without fear of judgment.
• Treating others with kindness, empathy, and respect, regardless of differences.
• Honesty and trustworthiness.

What people misunderstand about me:

People may interpret crossed arms as a sign of being closed off. However, for me, it's simply a comfortable posture.

How I like to get my feedback:

I appreciate feedback that is constructive and honest. I'm also open to hearing suggestions for improvement.

Technical strengths & weaknesses:

Strengths:

• I tend towards refactoring and maintaining clean code. It's a task that I usually set and comlete at the end of each project.
• A hard-working nature.
• Attention to details.

Weaknesses:

• I tend to become easily obsessed with small details (buttons, shades of colours).
• I'm still working on improving my skills with handling images in CSS.
• Spelling.
