Implement linking of patreon accounts

We need users to be able to let us know their patreon account to give them patreon-only awards

Should this be on the "Contributions" page? If so, then who needs to be contacted about getting an avatar on the "Contributions" page? (What email should I have there)

This might be useful information on the Patreon landing page instead or just automatically do it once a transaction is made. Can you require a username on checkout with Patreon? Maybe you can include it in an email that is sent out to the user from Patreon saying "Thank you for your contribution. Please give so and so your username on IRC or reply to this email so we can put a custom avatar by your name."

Patreon has an OAuth service as well as an API.

It looks like there's a webhook for new pledges which we could hook in to, to automatically link up somehow?

I'm not sure what you mean about contacting anyone to get an avatar on the contributions page?

Was Discussed in Promotions Discord This Requires Implementation into the API and database which is not a high priority at this moment in time
