Is there documentation around a plan for offering this as a resource going into the future?

I ask because although it is neat to see the WHO ISARIC CRF in somewhat of an ontology form, I'm not seeing reuse of existing ontology terms, which suggests that the ontology supports a form builder, but not really in the business of encouraging data exchange? Or is part of the plan to evolve in that direction?
