Move password helper function to library subchart fnndsc/utils
Add option .Values.podSecurityContext (takes priority over .Values.global.podSecurityContext)
Add option .Values.pfcon.securityContext and .Values.pman.securityContext
Add option .Values.pfcon.extraEnv
Rename .Values.pman.config to .Values.pman.extraEnv
Upgrade image of pfcon (now based on pixi, see Switch to pixi package manager pfcon#143)
Change default pfcon.config.storageEnv to fslink
Add some stuff which would maybe help us support using Helm directly with Podman.
Remove the options workers and workerTimeout, use extraEnv.GUNICORN_CMD_ARGS instead.
