Plotting elements to change:

read binning from XDT variable
histogram binning controllable via BINFACTOR (int validator, 1-16)
read default binning from BINFACTOR
get rid of my bin width stuff
plot toolbar from SpecTcl 5.14: nicer zoom features, etc
use Poisson MLE for fitting, gaussian MLE for exp (possibly configurable?)
